Dr. Richard Ramirez, Vice President for Administrative and Finance, also a former student regent himself, inducts the elected Student Supreme Council Federation (SSCF) officers during a simple program held at ISU Ilagan Campus grounds, September 22.

Dr. Ramirez said, “one mark of effective leadership is self discipline, leadership is not just a matter of popularity, what is more important is what you accomplish after your induction and throughout your tenure”. “Leadership does not and must never end after you take your oath of office, Ramirez said.

Bactad receives a special recognition from Dr. Romeo R. Quilang, the university president during the opening program of the 2009 Quadrangular Meet in Cauayan last night.
